Ever feel lost at the gym? No idea how to reach your goals or even where to start? With 1 on 1 training, you get a customized exercise program tailored to your goals, lifestyle and unique body. The goal here is to build a progressive exercise program for you that is both sustainable, effective and challenging. Sessions are 50 minutes and clients are given homework which can include a prescription consisting of cardio, at home body weight exercises and/or stretching/yoga. Clients are highly recommended to follow a meal plan that is consistent with their goals and takes into account their exercise regime.
Note: All 12 and 24 session packages include a meal plan with macros and a comprehensive menu.
