Judy is one of those trainers who would much rather be at the buffet than the gym. Just keeping it real! She’s a personal trainer and registered dietitian with 12 years of experience working with clients from all walks of life. Her purpose as a trainer is to help you achieve your goals in the most efficient AND sustainable way possible while embracing the learning process/experience.
WHAT WE DO
Judy’s specialties include sports nutrition/dietetics, weight loss and muscle gain. She loves working with clients who struggle with food and diet choices as it relates to their fitness and lifestyle goals. As a registered dietitian, she is also very experienced in working with clients who have medical issues such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, recent bypass surgery etc. She will be able to help you overcome those medical issues through proper exercise progression and by developing an optimal meal plan for you.
PHILOSOPHY
Judy firmly believes that when it comes to improving your health and fitness, exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. Without consistent exercise, your movement is limited and your quality of life is diminished. Without proper nutrition, your body lacks the fuel it needs to move, perform, recover and think well. Her goal is to help you achieve your fitness potential all the while embracing the process, rediscovering and healing yourself and still eating the foods you love.
