Sundays 10:30am at Pelham Bay Park (May to October)
Classes will focus on full body toning, development of cardio endurance and stamina as well as core strength and power. Each class will consist of 45 minutes of heart-pounding, challenging AND fun circuits with proper dynamic warm-ups and post workout static stretches. Athletes, gym rats and beginners are all welcome. Spend time outside, catch some good vibes/music and get to SWEATING!
