These classes will focus on muscle development, strength and toning. The goal is to increase muscle mass to improve movement, decrease body fat and increase metabolism. Each class will target different functional and foundational movements with a focus on proper form, appropriate reps/sets and weight recommendation. Each class will progressively build on top of each other so we can all get stronger, leaner and SEXIER together. This class is perfect for someone who wants to learn how to weight lift/strength train, build muscle and tone but doesn’t have the slightest idea where to start. Remember knowledge is power! Learn proper form, proper execution and what weights/reps/sets are appropriate for your goals and body type.
