Consultation
All new clients will be offered a consultation with Judy to ensure that they are a good fit. The consultation will include any necessary fitness/mobility assessments, nutrition evaluation, goal setting and expectations, as well as answering any questions you may have regarding the programs/services.
Scheduling
Individual sessions are 50 minutes and partner sessions are 60 minutes. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Clients who cancel with fewer than 24 hour notice will forfeit the session UNLESS Judy is able to find another client to take the time slot. All single session fees must be received 24 hours prior to service. All package fees are due in full 24 hours prior to the first session.
Payment
Payments can be made via zelle, venmo, cashapp, cash or check (preferred). Alternatively, packages can be purchased directly on Judy’s website via credit/debit cards. All packages expire 1 year from purchase date. All sales are final and there are no refunds for unused sessions.
