I’ve been training with Judy for a couple months now. She is always there to help me with my last reps when I start slowing down making sure I finish strong. I think that’s important when it comes to getting a trainer. Also she always has new workouts to teach me. Which is a plus. That way I’m not stuck doing the same exercises. I definitely feel more confident when I go to the gym.

Judy is such a genuine person. She is the best personal trainer for anyone that truly wants to get in shape and maintain. She has trainees on different levels and she is able to work with you and motivate you . Her character and credentials says it all! Look no further!
I chose Judy because she is also a registered dietitian. She made minor changes to my former trainer’s regimen. Beginning in September 2021, I lost 2.5” in the waist and 5 pounds two months later. She modified my diet to help me lose even more weight. She designed the perfect exercise to tighten my glutes (Hello Jones Beach). I said, “I’ll pay premium dollars for premium service” and Judy delivers premium service. When my contract ended, I bought another 36 sessions package. I forgot to mention, I’m 71! Please don’t give me excuses why you can’t work out.
Judy is an amazing and attentive trainer. She’s funny and gets the job done. Her training style is diverse, which is great. One of the great things about her as trainer is she listens and adjusts. A lot of trainers will dismiss what your saying in terms of pain or ability but Judy will listen adjust. Example is I’m very awkward and uncoordinated person instead of getting frustrated with me Judy will adjust and or do exercise to help my coordination to be able to do the exercise. Also, her communication with her clients is amazing in terms of scheduling and rescheduling.
Judy is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. Furthermore, Judy leads training sessions with patience and makes them fun. I was given a personalized meal plan which complemented the workouts well. After training with Judy I greatly improved my form, adjusted my nutrition, and I made gains in strength and endurance. I highly recommend Judy.

She takes the time out to explain, she’s consistent, she shows a tremendous amount of knowledge in health and fitness and is always willing to share and be creative with each client, her routines vary each time so although I’ve worked with her for a while now it doesn’t get repetitive. I’ve also joined some bootcamp sessions which were just as effective.

When I first came to Judy at the beginning of 2019, I had never workout before, never really engaged in any physical activities and was over 200lbs. By the end of that year, I had lost 27lbs. As a licensed nutritionist and master trainer, she taught me about nutrition, exercise, and has opened my eyes to what my body is truly capable of. Most importantly, Judy has never once judged or criticized me throughout this process, but rather educated and encouraged me. Currently she is training my boyfriend and I as a couple and we couldn’t be happier with her services!
Judy is a loyal, supportive and a trustworthy trainer. I feel comfortable working with Judy and talking about my goals. She focuses her workouts based on things you personally want to work on and she also brings her education to health and fitness to each session. I would not be where I am today without her!!
